Controlled Glitter Appearance
Glitter can be incorporated into transparent, translucent or colored resin to create fine sparkle, dense glitter, metallic effects or mixed decorative patterns. The final appearance depends on the glitter material, particle size, concentration and resin processing conditions.
For repeat production, the glitter effect and color should be confirmed against an approved sample. A physical reference is more reliable than screen images because lighting, photography and display settings can affect the perceived color and sparkle.
Flatback for Bonding
The flat reverse side provides a defined bonding surface for applications such as hair bows, jewelry, fabric accessories, bags and craft products. A relatively even back helps maintain adhesive contact across the intended bonding area.
Molding and finishing can affect the back-surface condition, edges and overall shape. These areas should therefore be included in production inspection when the cabochons are used for batch assembly.
Resin-Based Customization
Resin allows different shapes, sizes, thicknesses, colors and glitter effects to be developed within the same product category. Typical designs include round, oval, heart, star, flower and geometric forms, while custom molds can be developed for proprietary shapes.
The actual resin formulation and hardness should be selected according to the intended application. Where finished products will experience repeated handling, bending or specific bonding conditions, sample testing is recommended before bulk production.

A wholesale buyer normally needs hundreds or thousands of pieces to look and fit consistently rather than relying on the appearance of a single sample. Mold geometry, resin processing, curing, trimming and polishing can all influence the final result.

Mold Development: Custom designs can be reviewed from drawings, photographs, physical samples or suitable 3D references. Mold geometry has a direct influence on the finished outline, dimensions and edge definition.
Resin Processing: Resin and glitter materials are processed according to the selected design. Processing conditions influence color consistency, transparency and glitter distribution.
Molding and Curing: The material is formed into the required shape and cured. Curing conditions affect hardness, dimensional stability and surface condition.
Finishing: Edges and surfaces are trimmed or polished according to the product design. This stage helps control unwanted edge irregularities and achieve the required surface appearance.
Inspection: Finished pieces are checked for appearance, shape, dimensions, surface defects and flatback condition. Hardness can also be checked when required by the product specification.
Packing: Products are counted and packed according to the confirmed order quantity and packaging requirements. Bulk bags, individual packs or customized packaging can be discussed for different distribution models. 

Hair Accessories
Glitter flatback cabochons can be used on hair bows, clips, headbands and other decorative hair products. Smaller sizes can be arranged as repeated accents, while larger pieces can serve as center decorations.
Jewelry Components
Suitable for earrings, bracelets, necklaces, brooches and other fashion accessories where a lightweight decorative component is required. Size and thickness should be selected according to the finished jewelry structure.
Garment and Bag Decoration
Flatback cabochons can be bonded to fabrics, handbags and fashion accessories. Adhesive compatibility should be tested with the actual substrate, particularly when the finished product will be washed, stretched or repeatedly flexed.
Craft and DIY Products
Suitable for scrapbooking, handmade cards, craft kits, personalized products, gift decoration and seasonal projects. Mixed colors and shapes can be prepared when an assortment format is required.
