Do you remember the batch of penguin ornaments from last Christmas? A Japanese customer came to us with a child's doodle, asking if we could turn the penguin with the crooked hat from the drawing into a real ornament. It took us three years to perfect the rhythm between hand-painting and resin pouring. Now, for a 9.5 cm tall Christmas penguin like that one, every step from resin injection to painting and polishing is carefully monitored by a dedicated person.

When it comes to custom orders, we never promise a "standard delivery time." For simpler designs, like just changing a logo color, samples can be ready in a week. For more complex ones, like the Japanese customer's crooked-hat penguin, it took 15 days. But no matter how fast or slow, we'll send at least three videos during the process: the first after demolding the blank, the second during the painting stage, and the third before the resin sealing layer is applied. Many customers say that just watching these videos makes the personalized resin ornaments feel well worth the investment.

Regarding pricing, we require a 70% upfront payment, with the remaining balance due 2-3 days before shipment. We accept payments in USD, EUR, GBP, and RMB. We offer flexible trade terms, including EXW, FOB, and DDP. If you're reordering, the lead time will be much shorter because we already have the molds and color parameters saved. By the way, large orders can enjoy a 1-3% discount, depending on the quantity.
