With a monthly production capacity of between 1 million and 5 million units, we can easily support the bulk stocking needs of chain stores. Our trade terms are flexible, including EXW, FOB, and DDP. Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment.

We offer a 90-day warranty covering product breakage or paint chipping. If goods arrive damaged, you can send us the damage rate along with the contract number, and we will either deduct the equivalent amount from the next order or arrange a replacement based on the contract terms.

We provide free samples, with the customer covering shipping costs. Custom product production takes 15-25 days, while standard products are completed in 10-20 days. For orders within the minimum order quantity, you can mix and match different gnome designs (e.g., gnomes holding gifts, gnomes holding lanterns, sitting gnomes, etc.).

We support third-party inspections and can also provide production videos upon request. For example, we can record the entire process from material mixing to painting completion, with each video segment kept under 3 minutes for easy progress tracking.
