The product are made using a combination of resin pouring and 3D carving techniques, rather than just injection molding.

Here's how it works: first, we use a 3D design scanning device to convert hand-drawn snowflake patterns into high-precision positive molds. These positive molds are then used to create silicone molds. In these molds, we layer in hard transparent resin- the first layer forms the base on the back, the second creates the middle texture, and the third provides the high-gloss surface. This process ensures that every line of the Resin Snowflake Ornaments has a distinct raised texture, allowing you to even feel the six-fold symmetrical structure of the snowflake with your fingertips. Most injection-molded snowflakes, on the other hand, only have flat printed textures, resulting in a completely different three-dimensional effect.

Our product range from 3 to 8 cm in size and weigh between 5 and 20 grams. They are perfect for hanging high, as the light passing through the resin layers creates a refracted effect, making them shimmer like real ice crystals. In addition to the transparent, colorless version, we can also create subtle hues like pale blue, pink, and gradient effects.

These ornaments are ideal for use as Christmas tree decorations, gift box accessories, and winter window displays in cafes or bakeries. Each Resin Snowflake Ornament undergoes three quality checks before packaging: the first checks for structural integrity (especially looking for any damage to the sharp corners), the second inspects for air bubbles in the resin layers, and the third tests the strength of the hanging loop by hanging a 50g weight from the hole for 10 seconds-only if it doesn't break is it considered passed.
