After electroplating, each Resin Christmas Bauble undergoes a random salt spray test to ensure it will not peel in humid environments.

For packaging, we use individual OPP bags with outer cartons. Each OPP bag is labeled with the corresponding design code, making it easy for customers to sort by SKU in their warehouses.

Regarding quality control, we implement a "self-inspection + cross-inspection + special inspection" system. Self-inspection is performed by the operator after completing their process, cross-inspection is conducted by the next process's operator, and special inspections are carried out by the quality control department.

We offer a 90-day warranty covering hand-painted peeling or electroplating defects. If the goods arrive damaged, you can send us photos of the damaged outer carton and the product, and our after-sales representative will confirm the replacement plan within one working day. We accept third-party inspections and offer free pre-production samples.

The standard production cycle is 10-20 days, and within a single minimum order quantity, customers can mix and match any themes or colors. For reorders, we retain the color formula and artist division records for each order, so the second production run will match the first one perfectly, without noticeable color differences.
